1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and components originally received.
• Not show signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final-sale items.
• Personalized or customized products.
• Products damaged through improper use.
• Items returned after the 30-day return period.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number.
• Photos of the product.
• Photos of the packaging if applicable.

Our support team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to defective products or fulfillment errors, Fanora may cover return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise required by law.
